Come party and check out Portsmouth's Fireworks display from the best view around; the open air top deck of the M/V Thomas Laighton.  With this ticket, you will have access to the entire boat, but more importantly, VIP access to the top deck and tiki bar.   

Price is the same as general admission, but first 85 tickets bought have Top deck access.
